Refund Policy

At Southwest Trading Co., customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components

  • Not show signs of damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Used products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Items damaged by customer misuse

  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The product is defective upon arrival

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Southwest Trading Co. is not responsible for returns lost during transit.


5. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days

  • Your financial institution may require additional processing time

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

If an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the order will be subject to this Refund Policy.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, size, or variation, we recommend placing a new order after completing the return process.


8. Refund Exceptions

Southwest Trading Co. reserves the right to deny refunds in cases involving:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Abuse of return privileges

  • Returned items that do not meet return requirements

  • Excessive return patterns
